SECTION 1 - RATES & SHIPPING TIMES (within United States)

We happily ship our products to customers across the United States via USPS. Standard orders placed before 1 P.M. PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 2 business days, provided the items are in stock. Kare Skin does not guarantee same day shipping. Standard shipping generally arrives in 3 to 5 business days.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any trouble with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at teamkare@kareskin.com

Kare Skin is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

SECTION 2 - U.S. DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Only unopened and unused products may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of the order date.  If you redeemed a complimentary promotional item with purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.  Only products purchased on KareSkin.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. We also cannot accept open and/or used products for refund or exchange. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved for a refund, we will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days upon receiving the return shipment. We will also send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service for returning your items as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


 

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We apologize if you have received items that may have been damaged during transit. Please save the damaged box and product(s) and immediately contact us upon receiving the damaged items.

 

SECTION 4 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We happily ship our products to customers across the world via USPS. if USPS does not deliver to your location, or if we cannot fulfill your order for some reason, a Team Kare specialist will contact you. International USPS shipping rates will apply to all international shipments.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS & EXCEPTIONS

Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international customs or duties. All applicable taxes and duties will be paid by the customer and are due to the carrier. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes.

SECTION 6 - MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

We want everyone to enjoy our Kare Skin products. To make this possible, each order from KareSkin.com can have no more than 15 units. If you need to purchase more than this maximum, please contact us at teamkare@kareskin.com.
