Kareskin Body Brightening Kit and Laser for Stretch Marks

Stretch marks are very common on the abdomen, hips, thighs, breasts, and flanks. In most cases, rapid weight gain, puberty, and pregnancy influence the development of stretch marks.

There are a few basic patterns of stretch marks and these can be identified by the color of the skin. Red stretch marks are caused by localized inflammation and a hyper vascular state of the skin and are usually associated with newer, more actively forming stretch marks. Indented stretch marks are usually deeper in the skin and are often older and more stable.

Recommended Regimen to Before & After Laser Therapy for Stretch Marks

  • MelaClenz Brightening Cleanser
  • Melapads: Daily Exfoliating Pads
  • Luminase Body Brightening Cream
  • Exfolase Body Brightening Cream
Usage:

Wash the area once daily with MelaClenz while taking a shower
Apply Melapads to the area; Mix an equal proportion of Luminase and Exfolase creams and apply on the skin.

(Instructions for mixing Luminase and Exfolase: Mix equal amounts of Luminase and Exfolase in the palm of your hand; apply liberally onto the skin)

Treatment of stretch marks should begin with an assessment of the types of stretch marks you have; followed by application of the Luminase and Exfolase Body Brightening Kit. A choice of fractional laser, PRP SC, micro needling, and pulsed dye laser can further enhance results.

Scar Modulation: Massaging your scar can reduce inflammatory mediators that are responsible for chronic inflammation and scar overgrowth. Its a rather simple technique that inactivates celluar infammation mechanisms that can lead to keloid and hypertrophic scars. Start by applying a thin coat of Plato's Scar Serum twice daily to the scar and gently massaging the scar footprint. Be gentle, taking care not to slough off newly formed skin and reducing shear force on the dermis. This is ideal for new and old scars.
