A Team Kare specialist reviews and handles every order. The order confirmation email you receive does not confirm your order is being fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email to confirm. If we cannot fulfill your order for some reason, a Team Kare specialist will contact you.

We happily ship our products to customers across the United States via USPS. Standard orders placed before 1 P.M. PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 2 business days, provided the items are in stock. Kare Skin does not guarantee same day shipping. Standard shipping generally arrives in 3 to 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with your KareSkin.com purchase for any reason, please return your mostly full products within 30 days of the order date to ensure a refund (excluding shipping charges). If you redeemed a complimentary promotional item with purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.
Only products purchased on KareSkin.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. We also cannot accept empty jars or nearly empty jars for refund or exchange.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved for a refund, we will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days upon receiving the return shipment. We will also send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service for returning your items as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
